Viking by Crown is a residential development in Waterloo, Sydney, designed by MHN Design Union. It includes 110 apartments, a 25-metre pool, a fully equipped gymnasium and a ground-floor terrace cafe. The three-bedroom penthouse features abundant natural light and panoramic views and was styled by furniture and homewares retailer, Spence & Lyda. Great depth and warmth was created by layering textures and patterns, and an eclectic mix of one-of-a-kind pieces with modern furniture from the Spence & Lyda showroom. Furniture includes Hepburn Bed, Light Extending Table, and Hepburn Sofa, all designed by Matthew Hilton and manufactured by De La Espada craftspeople.
