Roomers is a 281-room hotel located in Munich’s Westend neighbourhood with interior design by Amsterdam-based firm, Concrete. A member of the exclusive Autograph Collection® group, the hotel combines contemporary elements with unconventional touches and exceptional art, creating the feeling of a private boutique hotel. Roomers Munich was conceived as a place for locals and international guests to come together, and accordingly includes assets to Munich’s nightlife scene including IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & Bar, Roomers Bar, and Hidden Room.
IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & Bar, part of the Amsterdam-based THE ENTOURAGE GROUP, is a shared-dining concept offering modern Japanese cuisine with South American influences. The largely monochrome interior combines blonde wood with black leather, stone and timber. Floating over the large communal table, an essential and reoccurring element within IZAKAYA, is an intricate fish mobile made of natural beech wood. Below, diners sit on Butterfly Chairs designed by Autoban and crafted by De La Espada.
Next door to IZAKAYA is the Roomers Bar, inspired by the award-winning Roomers Bar in Frankfurt, and Hidden Room, a room-in-room directly adjacent. The Hidden Room offers events and nightlife in its striking red geometric interior and features Box Armchair designed by Autoban and crafted by De La Espada.
